Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Gear

  Carefully pack your Fatboy bike or accessory in its original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and tools are included.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for e-bike models.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
